Shipping

All of our products are shipped with via USPS/Fedex/DHL.

All shipments include tracking number, signature, and insurance. 


Signature requirement is mandatory for items above $350.
Some purchases (depending on value) may be subjected to Held for Pickup at your local Fedex Facility. We will notify you prior to shipment. Some purchases (depending on value) may be subjected to Held for Pickup at your local Fedex Facility. We will notify you prior to shipment.

Watch orders take 3-5 days of handling time and ship Fedex prior overnight with (Excluding weekends)

International Buyers-Please contact us to determine whether we ship  to your country prior to purchasing or bidding.

We do not ship to P.O Box addresses!

Returns

If the buyer is not satisfied with our product, an exchange or refund will be available within 14 days. 
Seller pays the return shipping charge. Refund will be denied if 
(1) The watch is worn (2) Removed links (3) Negligent use of the timepiece (4) Touching the inside components 

Prior to making a return decision, please contact us via Ebay message, E-mail, and/or phone  

Return Instructions: Select “Return this item”, then select “ I don’t need it anymore” 

The payment will be refunded within 2-3 business days upon the receipt of the return item.
 

Payments

Payments are preferred with via Paypal. Payee’s must have a confirmed address on Paypal.
